Thank you for using Fresh One online services. We assure that you will find the use of Fresh One convenient and easy. By using this website you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website. It shall be your responsibility to check the terms & conditions for any changes or amendments which shall be made from time to time

Fresh One Business and Scope of the Service Provided.

Fresh One is an eCommerce platform that delivers meat and related products

Delivery channel online:

Your order is an offer to buy from us. Acceptance of the order is at the discretion of Fresh One. A contract will only be given effect once we notify you that we have confirmed your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you. Payment of the order is due at the time of delivery or in case of online payment either you will receive the goods from our side or we will refund you the money. In case of Online payment, any variance in your order to actual delivery will be paid back to you in cash on delivery or money in excess of your initially charged bill will be demanded on delivery.

Prices of products sold through our website:

Fresh One team will deliver the products at the address specified during order confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure the presence of someone responsible to receive the order. Anyone receiving the order at the specified address will be presumed to be a person authorized by you to receive and is required to make full payment of the order. 

Pricing:

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Posted prices include all taxes and charges. In case of any additional taxes or charges, the same will be mentioned on the website. 

Cancellation Policy:

It is our policy to permit you to cancel the order until a contract has been made effective i.e. before we notify you via email/SMS/phone call of dispatch of the order. Once an order is dispatched, no cancellations can take place.

If any fraudulent transaction is suspected or a transaction is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such an order.

Discount and Coupons:

Each voucher/discount coupon may have certain conditions such as a minimum order requirement, single-use, or validity for a specific time period. You are eligible to use only one promotional/discount scheme at a time. Discount coupons are irreplaceable if lost or stolen and cannot be sold. Fresh One reserves the right to verify the coupon and declare it null and void if any duplication or fraudulent activity is suspected. All decisions of Fresh One with regards to the discount codes and promotional coupons are final.

Payments:

All payments are to be made in full and in cash (only in PKR) at the time of delivery. In case you opt for online payment, variance will be demanded or if in excess will be returned to you at the time of delivery.

Returns and Refund:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product delivered, please contact our customer service team at 111-000-162 or 0340-223-1111 within 24 hours after delivery. However in case, the claim is not made within the specified time, we are not responsible for the return or refund of the same. There will be no charge for the replacement or return of the items.

Delivery Information:

Currently, deliveries are only made in the Karachi area including Bahria Town Karachi (except some out of ranged areas) Any order booked for delivery in the areas beyond the above-mentioned areas will not be entertained and we do not accept any responsibility for non-delivery of the order.

Fresh One delivers within 1 Hour & 30 minutes maximum two Hours in between 11:00 am to 07:00 pm 

No order below Rs.500 will be entertained and all deliveries are free of charge. There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The prices mentioned on the website are the final prices. However, if no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, we will reschedule the delivery.
